Apricot Whirl | Mini garden of daffodils

A first-class Daffodil, the Apricot Whirl is a unique and special narcissus variety. Apricot Whirl's split corona opens in a swirl of warm salmon-pink against a background of luminous white petals. They have straight and sturdy stems for cutting yourself a few blooms to display indoors in your favourite vase. These flowers have a long blooming time, in the vase as well as in the garden. Flowers bloom annually approx. mid March to April.

Important note | plant will arrive fresh with bulbs short and not flowering. The beauty is in watching this plant grow tall and beautiful! See inset for flower variety.

Care

Outdoor or indoor use (Outdoor plant will bloom slower and last longer). Place in a sunny location (not too warm) to part shade on a terrace or balcony. Keep roots moist. Once they have finished flowering you can plant the bulbs, keeping the foliage above ground and the bulbs underneath. For years to come they will be a signal of Spring. Avoid water excessively in the summer months when bulbs are dormant. Narcissus reach dormancy 6 to 12 weeks after flowering depending on weather and variety. Remove dried up foliage after it has died down completely.
