Stijn Bourlet, the owner of Bo Productions invited us to make a theatrical centrepiece for this very special event held at The Grand Hotel in Amsterdam named The Flamboyant Ball. The evening was a very special celebration for Roel and his well-dressed guests. A very theatrical evening was enjoyed, including performers, dancers, and walking characters, which amused and bewildered thought the evening.
For the main table centrepieces we created structure by hand out of metal, which was used to form a frame for the ostrich feathers. The 18 dining tables each had three floral arrangements made from mimosa, orchids, roses and tropical leaves combined with candles, whose flames slowly made the feathers dance, as if they took on a somewhat theatrical life of their own!
