Bright whites at De Kas

Bright whites at De Kas

Over the summer, Swedish modern fashion brand COS hosted an event at the unique and well-renowned restaurant, De Kas in Amsterdam. We love working in spaces that are as light-filled and welcoming as this space is. De Kas take pride in growing their own food at their on-site nursery, where they cultivate their own vegetables, herbs and edible flowers for their diners.

Whites, clean greens and clear vases pair together with the COS brand philosophy - all nestled inside a gorgeous greenhouse.

Fresh white table linen set off the crisp greens of the oak leaves and green stems. You will notice the flowers in the smaller vases consist of white dill, ornithogalum, campanula, peony, scabiosa, roses and lathyrus (sweet pea) and one of my personal faves, the delicately star-shaped hymenocallis. The tall vases held alliums, hydrangea (hortensia), calla lilies, peonies and extra-long delphiniums.
